EDIT: Anyone else having this issue, you need to enable Tax in your shop settings, make sure it asks all buyers if they are individual or a company, had near to no blocked payments after doing this and updating to the latest theme.
When my customers pay with Stripe, 75% of the time their customer email is never sent to Stripe, nor is the:
  • Customer email
  • Customer name (25% of the time passed)
  • Billing address (25% of the time passed)
This causes Stripe to block 25.14% of my payments, the details i said above are from Stripe themselves its not an estimate.
Please fix this ASAP as ive already had £5000 in blocked payments this week.
It causes Stripe to mark the risk level as highest meaning it blocks it and theres no way to overrride it.
