Feedback on resend email (same email as order)

Due to some dns record issues when using custom domain for email it stopped any customers getting any email to do any feedback or receive the product. When you attempt to resend the confirmation it disables feedback. Engineering team should make it so if the email entered to resend the order is the same as the original email on order to allow feedback to be completed as I’ve missed out of many orders I had issues with.

Daniele: you have completely got the wrong impression from what I put. If you resend a order confirmation it disables feedback so I said if the email that you put into the resend prompt is the same as the original order email then should enable the feedback
