Currently, if a customer purchases 1 product 10 times separately, it will increase the "Product sold" counter for the Sellix seller. However, if a customer purchases 1 product with X quantity in a single checkout, it is counted as only 1 product sold.
This inconsistency can be disheartening for the Sellix seller, as it may not accurately reflect the total number of products sold and could potentially diminish their reliability and deter potential customers.
