PayPal friends and family is not against PayPal's TOS, as it is offered by PayPal itself, but it will become against their rules if you use it for sales, just as it is against the rules to use PayPal Goods&Services standard for selling certain products, so these ones will be problem related between the customer and PayPal, not Sellix.

PayPal friends and family would be great for accepting donations and giving compensation to our customers, or for all transactions not related to sales but for which we want to thank the customer.
